Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

 

At Rocket Boy, we take great pride in the quality of our fruity drinks. Because our products are perishable food and beverage items, our returns policy is governed by both health and safety regulations and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Change of Mind & Taste Preference

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or “buyer’s remorse.”
  • Incorrect selections made at checkout.
  • Personal taste preferences (e.g., if you simply do not like the flavor).
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of a product. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is significantly different from what you ordered, please follow these steps:

  • Notification: Contact us at admin@rocketboyaustralia.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage/fault and the outer packaging.
  • Assessment: Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent (at our expense) or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Note: Do not dispose of the product until you have spoken with our team, as we may require it to be returned or inspected.

3. Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly to ensure freshness.

  • Before Dispatch: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, we cannot cancel the order or redirect it.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • We are not responsible for products that spoil or go missing if they are left unattended at a delivery address (e.g., “Authority to Leave”).
  •  Estimated delivery times are indicative only
  • We are not responsible for courier delays
  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery
5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
